Information provided on this website is intended to help you understand Belleza's products, programs, experiences, and other wellness offers and may be updated periodically. Specific services may be subject to additional agreements, eligibility requirements, schedules, fees, payment terms, or participation conditions communicated before engagement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for making informed decisions about their participation. Belleza reserves the right to make reasonable changes to its services, schedules, facilitators, or website content where necessary while seeking to maintain the quality and intended value of the experience.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and ask clients to communicate cancellations or rescheduling requests as early as possible. Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the nature of the service, program, coaching engagement, retreat, event, or other experience and will be communicated at the time of booking or registration. Where a service involves third-party commitments, reserved spaces, accommodation, materials, or other costs already incurred by Belleza, cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to applicable charges. Belleza will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling where the nature and timing of the service allow.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for refunds depends on the product or service purchased and the stage at which a cancellation or refund request is made. Where Belleza has already incurred costs, delivered part of a service, reserved third-party services, or commenced a program or engagement, any refund may be adjusted accordingly. Physical products may be eligible for replacement or refund where they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to notification within the period communicated at purchase. Any specific refund conditions applicable to programs, retreats, coaching engagements, events, or other services will be communicated before payment or registration and will take precedence where applicable.
Coaching Disclaimer
Belleza coaching provides a confidential and collaborative space for reflection, personal or professional development, goal-setting, decision-making, and intentional action. Coaching supports clients in developing their own awareness, choices, and solutions and is distinct from other people-development and professional services, including training, counselling, therapy, mentorship, consulting, advisory, medical care, and other regulated professional services. Where a client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching, Belleza may recommend support from an appropriately qualified professional or, where appropriate and with the client's agreement, involve a relevant specialist within our professional network. Clients remain responsible for their decisions, actions, wellbeing, and outcomes arising from the coaching process. Information shared within coaching engagements is treated confidentially. It will only be disclosed with the client's consent, as provided for in the coaching agreement, where required by applicable law, or where necessary to address a serious risk of harm to the client or others.
